Terms and conditions
Last updated:
This page sets out the deal between you and Betable Limited, the company behind IvyBet, which is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain. Opening an account means you agree to it. A promotion can carry extra rules of its own; where it does, those rules win for that promotion and nothing else.
1. Joining
IvyBet accounts are for adults of 18 and over who live somewhere we take customers from, Great Britain included. Each person gets one account, and so does each household, email address, phone, device and card. Your age and identity are confirmed before any money goes in. If an account turns out to rest on invented details, we close it.
2. Your login
Treat your password like a bank PIN. Bets and payments made after a successful sign-in count as yours, unless you had already warned us that someone else might know your details. Moved house, changed your name or swapped cards? Update your profile so our records stay right.
3. Paying in
You can deposit from £10 using Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, PayPal, MuchBetter, Google Pay, Pay by Mobile, open banking or a bank transfer. Credit cards are refused. Whatever you pay with has to be registered in your name.
4. Cashing out
Winnings return to the method you paid in with, as long as it accepts payouts. The lowest withdrawal is £10. Once approved, debit card payouts are on their way in under 6 minutes, while a bank transfer needs 1 to 3 working days. Our licence obliges us to ask, now and then, for proof that a card or wallet belongs to you and, for bigger sums, where the money came from.
5. Betting on sport
Your bet stands once it shows in My Bets. A price can move before that point, in-play especially. Where a market went up with a plain mistake in it, such as a wrong price or a wrong line, we settle at the price that should have been offered. Cash out is available on some bets, not all, and the figure on the button is what you receive.
6. Playing casino games
Outcomes come from independently tested random number generators or, at live tables, from what actually happens on the table. A game fault cancels the affected round and the stake goes back to your balance. Online slot stakes stop at £5 a spin, or £2 a spin for customers aged 18 to 24.
7. Casino welcome offer
| Offer | 100% up to £1,500 + 200 free spins, credited on your first deposit |
|---|---|
| To qualify | Tick the casino offer in the cashier and deposit £10 or more |
| Free spins | 50 each day for 4 days, valued at £0.10 each, on the slot named in the offer |
| Wagering | 10x the bonus amount; spin winnings also 10x |
| Deadline | 30 days after the bonus lands |
| How games count | Slots 100%, table games 10%, live casino 10% |
Your cash balance is played before any bonus money. Asking for a withdrawal while wagering is unfinished removes what is left of the bonus. This offer sits alone: it can't be stacked with the sportsbook freebet or any other new-customer deal. From My Offers you can drop a running bonus at any point, which takes away the bonus and whatever it has won.
8. Closing your account
Closing takes a minute in settings, or ask live chat to do it; we pay out anything left that you can withdraw. If gambling is the reason you're leaving, say so and we'll record the closure as a self-exclusion.
9. Complaints
Raise it with live chat or email our support team. You'll hear back within two working days, and our final answer comes inside eight weeks, most often a lot faster. Still not satisfied? That final answer names an independent dispute service you can go to at no cost. The legal information page has the rest.
10. Disclaimer
Betting and casino games can cost you money, and they are meant for adults as a pastime. Prices, promotions and the games on offer change over time; what binds us is the version shown in your account when you place a bet or claim an offer. We give no financial advice anywhere on this site.
11. Updates
These terms change from time to time. For anything significant we email you and show a notice when you next sign in. The date near the heading always tells you which version you're reading.
